And if you still have one, the Help Centre inside the platform answers the rest.
What is Madrid Ventures?+
Madrid Ventures is a private Spanish network where founders find co-founders and customers, and the best projects — the ones that prove it with data — are sent to investors. Access to investors is not for sale: you earn it by clearing an objective bar of quality and activity called the MV Score. Since 2026 we also publish a new startup idea every day (Ideas MV) for anyone who wants to start something and does not have a project yet.
What is the MV Score?+
The MV Score is an automatic 0-100 score calculated from each project’s own data across three blocks: fundamentals (a complete project and its Cockpit), consistency (weeks with your figures up to date) and verified evidence (a ladder of audited rungs backed by proof, from your first users to your first investment). Everything you can declare yourself adds up to 40 at most: when a project clears the bar of 60 it is because there is evidence behind it, and that is when it enters the dealflow our investors receive. It is calculated by code with public rules, not by a committee. It is information, never an investment recommendation.
What does it cost, and is there a lock-in?+
Getting started is free forever: you publish a project, you get your Viability Review, and you have the MV Score and months of runway. Fundador Pro costs €29/month or €249/year, and the Investor membership €79/month or €699/year. There is no lock-in: cancel whenever you like from your own panel. 15% of every membership feeds the MV Fund.
Does Madrid Ventures take a cut of investments?+
No. 0% commission on whatever is invested or raised, always. Memberships are our only revenue. The deal is negotiated and signed directly between founder and investor, off the platform: we do not intermediate and we do not hold funds.
What is the Viability Review?+
When you publish a project, a Madrid Ventures AI model analyses it with the judgement of a generalist investing partner and, in under 48 hours, sends you a written review: what convinces, what is missing and how to improve it. It is included from the free plan. Projects flagged as exceptional get contacted personally by the team.
What if my project does not reach 60 points?+
You keep using the network: co-founders, partners, first verified customers in the MV Market, the financial Cockpit and the Viability Review. The bar is not a door that closes, it is a thermometer: the Score recalculates itself with every piece of data you update and tells you exactly what you are missing. And part of the Score measures that the project is still alive: consistency adds 2 points for each week with your cash figures up to date, within a 10-week window, so it climbs while you work and drifts down slowly if you stop. What you have already proven with audited evidence does not expire: proven is proven.
What is Ideas MV, and what does reserving an idea include?+
Every day we publish a startup idea with a full dossier: problem, solution, market, business model, defensible advantage and the team roles it needs. With Fundador Pro you can reserve one exclusively for 45 days, which opens up the 90-day roadmap, the map of first customers and the risks; you build a team inside the network (minimum 3 members) and you claim it, and at that point it becomes an ordinary project on the platform. What you reserve is the dossier, exclusivity inside the network and the support: ideas are not transferable property.
Is Madrid Ventures a crowdfunding platform supervised by the CNMV?+
No. Madrid Ventures is a contacts and visibility network, not a crowdfunding platform (PFP under Spanish law) nor an investment services firm. We do not intermediate payments or investments, we do not hold funds, we do not provide financial advice and we charge no success fee. Any investment agreement is negotiated and formalised directly between founder and investor, off the platform. The MV Score is informational and never constitutes an investment recommendation.
