You can have a good idea and a perfect plan, and still everything depends on something nobody asks you: whether you can take a «no», whether you keep going when it gets boring, whether your life lets you go for it now. This test looks at what you have done, not how you see yourself, and tells you what you have, what you only half have and how to train it.

Eight capabilities: initiative, handling rejection, living with uncertainty, selling, consistency, learning and changing your mind, managing stress and bringing people in. Each comes out strong, halfway or to build.
Months of runway, what you live on, real hours and support at home. An honest traffic light on whether going for it now is realistic, and what to fix first if it isn't.
Why you want to do it, what you are willing to sacrifice and what would make you stop. It isn't scored: we show it back to you on the day things get hard.
For what you only half have, exercises that leave something done: five «no» sought on purpose, ten customer conversations, a decision taken with what you know.
Only you see it: not your team, not investors. It doesn't count towards the FounderSeal, so there is no answer that «looks good».
After 90 days you take it again and see, capability by capability, whether the training worked.
It doesn't give you a pass or a fail, and be wary of anyone who does. It tells you where you stand today on eight capabilities that weigh heavily when starting a company —initiative, handling rejection, living with uncertainty, selling, consistency, learning, managing stress and bringing people in— and each one comes out strong, halfway or to build. Almost all of them can be trained, and the one you don't want to train can be covered by a co-founder.
Because everyone answers yes to «are you resilient?». Asking how many times you asked a stranger for something in the last 90 days, or what you did the last time you were turned down, is harder to dress up and points straight at what needs training.
The part almost nobody looks at before jumping: how many months you can last without income, what you live on, how many real hours you have, how your fixed payments are doing and whether the people close to you know what is at stake. It comes out as a traffic light: go for it with focus, start part-time and put a date on the jump, or prepare the ground first. Always with what needs fixing.
Here, nobody: the short test runs in your browser and isn't sent anywhere. If you create your account to save it, only you see it: not your team, not any investor, and it doesn't count towards the FounderSeal. You can delete it all whenever you like.
The full test (30 questions, three per capability, plus your why), a 30-day plan with real exercises for the two capabilities holding you back most —ask for five things you expect to be refused, ten customer conversations, a week of logged sleep…— and a comparison with the test you retake after 90 days. All free.
No. It's a tool to know and train yourself, inspired by research on entrepreneurial self-efficacy, tolerance of uncertainty and perseverance. It doesn't diagnose anything. If stress or sleep genuinely worry you, talk to a professional.
Better to know before you quit your job than after.
