Your idea is yours. You decide who sees it.

What you write on Madrid Ventures is never sold, never trains any AI and is never read by anyone who shouldn’t. Here is, with no small print, what each person sees of your project and what they will never see.

What never changes

🎚️

You choose who sees it

When you create the project, and whenever you like afterwards, you choose: 🔒 Private (only you and your team: no page, no Google and no dealflow), 👥 Investors only (it enters the dealflow on reaching the Seed band, with no public page) or 🌐 Public (page, Google and dealflow). Nothing is ticked by default: you decide.

🔒

Your personal figures, only yours

Your savings, living costs and salary in the Cockpit are not seen by your team, an investor or the AI. Not even with your permission: they are not the business’s.

💶

Your round and deck, out of the shop window

How much you want to raise, the equity you offer, the minimum ticket and the link to your deck are not on your public page and no other account can read them. Your team and the network investors who receive your project see them.

🙈

Your page presents the project, not you

Your name does not appear on your public page or on the home page cards, and without an account there is no way to tell whose project it is. Inside the network, accounts that see your project do see your name.

🤖

The AI works for you, it does not learn from you

The Viability Review, the copilot and your AI CEO use your project to answer you. Our AI provider acts as a data processor and does not train its models on your data.

📜

You keep ownership

You keep ownership of everything you publish. Madrid Ventures may only show it inside the platform to provide the service, and takes no commission and no stake.

🚫

Copying is forbidden

The Terms forbid using information from other members’ projects to replicate them or compete with them. Whoever does it loses their account.

How you control what is shown

  1. 1
Write in your profile what you want to tell
The description and the sections of your page are public. Say what problem you solve and for whom; keep what gives you an edge (how it works inside, your figures, your customers) for the data room.
  2. 2
    Choose who sees it
In your profile, «Who sees your project?»: 🔒 Private, 👥 Investors only or 🌐 Public. With 👥 or 🌐 it goes live on its own once the profile has a name, a sector and a 150-character description; with 🔒 it never does. Only 🌐 has a public page and reaches Google. Change it whenever you like, and «👁️ How they see you» shows you what each person sees.
  3. 3
    Hide sections of your page
For free, in «🎨 Customise page» you can hide problem, solution, traction, model or team. What you hide is not shown and does not leave our database either. Reordering them is Fundador Pro.
  4. 4
Put each document at its level
In the data room and in 🗂️ Documentation you choose, document by document, level 1 (investors with a membership) or level 2 (only who you approve). You can revoke access at any time.
  5. 5
    Delete it whenever you want
You can delete a project from your dashboard and your copilot conversation with «Forget». To delete your whole account, write to us and we will do it.

Frequently asked questions

Who can see my idea on Madrid Ventures?

You decide when you create the project: 🔒 Private (only you and your team), 👥 Investors only (network investors, from the Seed band) or 🌐 Public. If you choose 🌐, what you publish on your page (name, sector, description and the sections you do not hide) is public. Your round, your deck, your data room and your figures are not: your team and the investors who receive your project see the round; the data room goes by levels you decide; and only you see your personal figures.

Can someone copy my idea?

What you publish can be read by anyone, as with any website. That is why you decide what goes on your page and what you keep for the data room. What is not published cannot be seen by another account, and the Terms forbid using other projects’ information to replicate them: whoever does it loses their account. And an idea alone rarely wins: whoever proves it with customers does, which is exactly what the FounderSeal shows.

Does the AI learn from my project?

No. The AI uses your project to answer you. Our AI provider processes the data as a data processor and does not train its models on it. Your personal Cockpit figures are not even sent to it.

Does «Analyse your idea for free» keep what I write?

We do not keep the text of your idea. We only count how many analyses are run, to set limits and stop abuse. The result stays in your browser.

Do investors sign a confidentiality agreement?

To see level 2 of your data room, the investor accepts a confidentiality commitment and you approve their access; the text they accepted is stored. Madrid Ventures does not sign an agreement with every investor in the network: that is why sensitive material goes to level 2 and you decide who gets in.

Can Madrid Ventures use my idea?

No. You keep ownership of everything you publish and Madrid Ventures may only show it inside the platform to provide the service. We ask for no stake and no commission.

If anything on this page is not true, it is our mistake: write to us and we will fix it.
